Here's a question for ya'll. Can anyone tell me what a toboggan is?? No, it's not a sled like you initially might think. In the South it was what we California folk call a beanie. A girlfriend of mine who's from North Carolina had never even heard the word beanie!! I could hardly believe that. Oh the many things I'm learning!
My and my toboggan!!I've also been informed recently that I eat the "weird" kind of barbeque. I guess down here the barbeque is viniger based and our tomatoe based red sauce isn't something they are used to.

Toboggan? That's got to be a NC idiom. The only kind of toboggan in the dictionary is a kind of snow sled.
So now you can go toboggan in your toboggan. :)
